Key Responsibilities
• Deliver inspiring and effective Key Stage 2 lessons across the full primary curriculum.
• Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, ensuring every child achieves their potential.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active learning.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to plan engaging schemes of work and share best practice.
• Foster strong, positive relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community.
• Contribute to the broader life of the school through participation in extracurricular activities or initiatives.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess relevant Key Stage 2 teaching experience.
• Possess a genuine passion for primary education and inspiring young learners.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management and strong organisational skills.
• Be committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice in your teaching.
• Show adaptability and a proactive approach to supporting all pupils' individual needs.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively within a team.
