About the Role
An ambitious school is actively seeking an exceptional Reception Class Teacher to join its dedicated team. This vital role involves nurturing young learners within the Early Years Foundation Stage, fostering their curiosity and building essential foundational skills. We are open to discussions regarding various contract types, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent arrangements, to find the right fit for the successful candidate, with an immediate start preferred. This is a chance to make a profound impact on children's earliest educational experiences in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
* Create a stimulating and safe classroom environment that promotes active learning and exploration.
* Assess children's progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies as needed.
* Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues, fostering a sense of community.
* Ensure the well-being and safety of all children in your care, adhering to all school policies and procedures.
* Actively contribute to whole-school initiatives and the broader life of the school community.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of EYFS pedagogy.
* Demonstrate a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning.
* Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT), an experienced Main Pay Scale (MPS) teacher, or an Upper Pay Scale (UPS) teacher.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders effectively.
* Show a proactive approach to professional development and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
* Exhibit outstanding classroom management skills, creating an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere.
