About the Role
We are seeking an inspiring and dedicated Maths Teacher to join a exceptional school on a permanent contract, commencing in September 2026. This pivotal role involves delivering engaging and challenging mathematics lessons across the secondary phase, fostering a deep understanding and appreciation for the subject among students. You will contribute to a vibrant academic environment, guiding pupils towards their full potential in mathematics.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated mathematics lessons to secondary school students.
* Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and implementing effective intervention strategies.
* Maintain a stimulating and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
* Develop and prepare engaging resources that support the curriculum and cater to diverse learning needs.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues in the mathematics department to enhance teaching practices and curriculum development.
* Contribute to extracurricular activities and departmental initiatives, enriching the wider school experience.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a relevant degree in Mathematics or a related field.
* Demonstrate a profound passion for mathematics and an ability to convey its relevance and excitement to young people.
* Possess proven experience teaching mathematics at the secondary level, suitable for ECTs, MPS, or UPS candidates.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
* Be a collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Show a dedication to ongoing professional development and a reflective approach to teaching practice.
