Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver targeted intervention sessions for individuals and small groups across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
• Assess pupil needs accurately to tailor learning strategies and resources effectively.
• Monitor and track pupil progress rigorously, adapting interventions as required to maximise outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with class teachers and senior leaders to ensure a cohesive approach to pupil support.
• Create a nurturing and engaging learning environment that promotes confidence and a love of learning.
• Provide regular feedback on pupil development and achievements to relevant stakeholders.
About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant primary teaching experience.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully raising attainment through targeted interventions.
• Exhibit a deep understanding of primary curriculum requirements across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
• Show excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Be highly organised, adaptable, and proactive in addressing diverse learning needs.
