Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver creative, engaging Key Stage 2 lessons across the curriculum.
• Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support development.
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share best practices and enhance teaching strategies.
• Maintain high standards of pupil behaviour, ensuring a productive and respectful learning environment.
• Actively participate in the wider school community, contributing to its vibrant ethos.

About You
• You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience teaching Key Stage 2.
• A genuine passion for primary education and inspiring young learners is essential.
• You are adept at creating a safe, nurturing, and challenging educational space.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills are crucial.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice defines your approach.
• Applications are welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs), as well as experienced teachers at Main Pay Scale (MPS) or Upper Pay Scale (UPS).
