Key Responsibilities

* Contribute to the creation of stimulating classroom displays and resources.
* Nurture a positive, safe, and inclusive atmosphere for all children.
* Offer specific assistance to pupils with Special Educational Needs, adapting learning as required.
* Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to the teaching staff.
About You
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting young people's educational growth.
* Demonstrate previous experience working within a primary school setting as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar capacity.
* Exhibit excellent communication skills, building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Show a patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to diverse learning needs.
* Be a proactive and collaborative team player, eager to contribute positively to the school community.
