About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic SEN Supply Teacher to work in a well-established school within the primary phase in the Windsor area of Berkshire. This role offers day-to-day and short-term supply opportunities within specialist SEN primary schools. You will have the flexibility to experience different SEN provisions and support pupils with varying needs. This engaging position is available for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver dynamic and inclusive lessons tailored to primary aged pupils with diverse special educational needs.
* Adapt learning materials and instructional strategies to meet individual pupil requirements.
* Provide consistent support and guidance to foster academic and personal development.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and other support staff.
* Maintain a nurturing and stimulating classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
* Ensure all safeguarding and school policies are adhered to rigorously.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant UK teaching experience.
* Demonstrate proven experience working with primary aged pupils with special educational needs.
* Exhibit excellent adaptability and resilience for daily and short-term supply assignments.
* Hold strong classroom management skills and a compassionate approach.
* Be adept at fostering positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
* A genuine commitment to making a tangible difference in the lives of SEN pupils is essential.
