Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-prepared lessons and activities to students in various subjects.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour, promoting a positive and respectful learning atmosphere.
* Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students under your supervision.
* Accurately record and report any student progress, incidents, or concerns to appropriate staff.
* Maintain a stimulating and orderly learning environment conducive to student engagement.
* Offer proactive support to students to help them stay on task and achieve their learning objectives.
About You
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with students.
* Demonstrate excellent behaviour management techniques and a confident classroom presence.
* Be highly adaptable and resourceful, able to manage diverse learning situations effectively.
* Show a genuine passion for education and a commitment to student development.
* Exhibit a proactive approach, anticipating needs and problem-solving independently.
* Hold a relevant qualification or possess demonstrable experience working with young people in an educational capacity.
