About the Role
A dedicated school within the Hoddesdon area is seeking versatile Secondary Supply Teachers to join their dynamic team. This invaluable opportunity involves providing essential cover across various secondary schools in the region, supporting pupil learning across a diverse range of subjects. We are looking for committed educators available for daily supply, short-term engagements, and potentially longer-term or even permanent contracts, with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities
* Delivering engaging lessons to secondary pupils across different age groups.
* Effectively managing classroom behaviour to foster a positive learning environment.
* Adapting quickly to new school environments and departmental expectations.
* Ensuring continuity of learning by following pre-set plans and schemes of work.
* Providing consistent cover supervision, maintaining an orderly educational setting.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent secondary teaching experience.
* Possess a genuine passion for inspiring young minds and facilitating learning.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and adaptability.
* Are reliable, punctual, and highly professional in all interactions.
* Have a flexible approach, thriving in dynamic educational settings.
* Are available to start work promptly in the Hoddesdon area.
