About the Role
A flourishing school in Bedfordshire is seeking a versatile Primary Supply Teacher to join our dedicated team. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to provide vital cover across various primary age groups, ensuring continuity of learning for pupils. You will be instrumental in maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment, responding to immediate needs with professionalism and enthusiasm. This position offers exceptional flexibility, with options for daily, short-term, long-term, and potentially permanent contracts, allowing you to shape your working schedule around your preferences.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons prepared by the regular class teacher, or utilise your own excellent planning skills when required.
* Manage classroom behaviour positively and proactively, ensuring a safe and respectful learning atmosphere for all pupils.
* Adapt quickly to different school environments, age groups, and curriculum requirements with confidence and professionalism.
* Mark pupils' work efficiently and provide constructive feedback to support their progress.
* Communicate effectively with teaching assistants and school staff to ensure seamless classroom operations.
* Uphold the school’s safeguarding policies and procedures with the utmost diligence at all times.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess recent experience teaching within primary settings.
* Demonstrate exceptional adaptability and resilience, thriving in varied school environments.
* Possess strong classroom management skills, inspiring respect and engagement from pupils.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, building rapport with both children and colleagues.
* Show a genuine passion for primary education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning.
* Be available to work in schools across the Bedfordshire area, offering flexibility to meet demand.
