Key Responsibilities
* Implement effective de-escalation strategies to manage challenging behaviours proactively.
* Mentor pupils, fostering positive social interactions and emotional regulation skills.
* Build strong, trusting relationships with primary aged children facing complex SEMH challenges.
* Provide tailored support to enhance pupil engagement and participation in learning activities.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers and other professionals to create an inclusive environment.
* Contribute to the development and review of individual pupil support plans.
