We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible, with flexible contract options ranging from long-term to permanent, offering a daily rate between £85 and £110.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver dedicated one-to-one support to a secondary pupil with complex special educational needs.
* Implement individualised education plans (EHCPs) to meet specific learning objectives.
* Facilitate access to the full secondary curriculum, adapting materials as required.
* Nurture the pupil's independence, fostering self-reliance in daily tasks.
* Develop and reinforce crucial life skills, preparing the pupil for future success.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching staff and external professionals.
About You
* Possess demonstrable experience supporting pupils with complex Special Educational Needs.
* Have a strong understanding of secondary education and the specific challenges faced by pupils with diverse needs.
