Key Responsibilities
• Delivering engaging and effective lessons across all primary year groups, following existing plans or adapting as necessary.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive and productive learning atmosphere for all pupils.
• Adapting quickly to new school environments, policies, and procedures to ensure a seamless transition for pupils.
• Assessing pupil understanding and progress during lessons, providing constructive feedback as appropriate.
• Collaborating positively with teaching assistants and school staff to support the overall educational objectives.
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of all pupils in your care, adhering to safeguarding guidelines.
About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrate experience teaching within UK primary schools.
• Exhibit exceptional adaptability and flexibility, thriving in varied and dynamic educational settings.
• Demonstrate strong classroom management skills, capable of fostering respectful and orderly learning environments.
• Possess a genuine passion for primary education and a commitment to nurturing young minds.
