Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various primary key stages, following pre-set plans.
• Maintain a stimulating and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning for all pupils.
• Manage pupil behaviour effectively, adhering to school policies and promoting positive conduct.
• Collaborate positively with school staff to ensure seamless continuity of education during periods of absence.
• Adapt quickly to new school settings and established routines, ensuring minimal disruption to the learning process.
• Provide constructive feedback on pupil progress and engagement where appropriate for longer assignments.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
• Demonstrate proven experience teaching across different primary year groups.
• Possess excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young learners.
• Be highly adaptable, resilient, and able to integrate seamlessly into new school environments.
• Show a genuine passion for fostering pupil development and academic achievement.
• Exhibit strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with pupils, staff, and parents.
