About the Role
A respected school in the West Midlands is seeking a dedicated Intervention Teacher to join their primary team. This vital position involves delivering targeted support across Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 to enhance pupil progress and attainment. We are offering flexible contract options, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent opportunities, with a competitive daily rate of £150 - £180, available for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated intervention sessions to small groups and individual pupils.
* Accurately assess pupil learning and track progress to inform future teaching strategies.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers and senior leadership to identify learning gaps.
* Create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
* Develop tailored resources and activities that address specific educational needs.
* Provide clear and constructive feedback to pupils, fostering their self-esteem and independence.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Proven experience in delivering successful interventions within a primary school setting is essential.
* A genuine passion for supporting pupils with diverse learning needs drives your practice.
* You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with children and colleagues.
* An adaptable and resilient approach to teaching, capable of responding to varying classroom dynamics.
* You are committed to promoting high standards of behaviour and academic achievement across all year groups.
