About the Role
We are seeking an inspirational Maths Teacher to become a vital part of an innovative school community, commencing a long-term, permanent contract in September 2026. This rewarding position involves delivering engaging and challenging Maths lessons across the secondary phase, fostering deep understanding and a genuine love for the subject among our diverse student body. You will play a crucial role in cultivating an environment where every student is empowered to achieve their full mathematical potential and grow academically.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver creative and challenging Maths lessons to secondary students.
* Assess student progress effectively, providing timely and constructive feedback.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to optimal learning.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Maths curriculum and departmental initiatives.
* Actively participate in the wider life of the school community, supporting its ethos.
* Support students' pastoral needs, promoting their overall well-being and development.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* You possess a genuine passion for Maths and inspiring young learners.
* You demonstrate excellent classroom management and organisational abilities.
* You are committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
* You collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute positively to a team.
* You have a strong commitment to student welfare and academic success across all abilities, from Early Career Teachers to experienced professionals.
