About the Role
A forward-thinking school in Northamptonshire is seeking a dedicated SEN Class Teacher to join their supportive team immediately. This specialist secondary setting is committed to providing an exceptional adapted curriculum for pupils with complex learning needs. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment within small group settings, making a significant difference to young people's educational journeys. We are open to discussing various contract types, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or even a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver highly engaging, adapted lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
* Provide outstanding support for secondary pupils with complex Special Educational Needs.
* Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating small group learning environment.
* Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies as required.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants, support staff, and external professionals.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience in a secondary setting.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting pupils with complex Special Educational Needs.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management and differentiation skills in small group contexts.
* Show a commitment to creating an inclusive and nurturing educational experience for all learners.
* Possess strong communication and collaborative abilities to work effectively with staff and families.
* Be proactive, adaptable, and resourceful, ready to make an immediate positive impact.
