About the Role
A respected school in the Aylesbury area is seeking a dedicated SEN Supply Teacher to join their team, offering flexible opportunities for daily supply and short-term cover. This pivotal role involves supporting primary-aged pupils within a specialist SEN environment, contributing to their learning and development. You will engage with a diverse range of student needs, providing essential continuity and support across different provisions. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to primary pupils with special educational needs.
* Adapt teaching strategies effectively to meet the diverse requirements of students across various SEN provisions.
* Manage classroom behaviour positively, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere.
* Support the implementation of individual learning plans and contribute to pupil progress monitoring.
* Collaborate professionally with support staff and colleagues to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
* Maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment for all pupils.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience within a primary SEN setting
