About the Role
A respected school in Hertfordshire is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join their vibrant primary team as a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant. This challenging yet incredibly rewarding opportunity involves providing essential support to pupils with diverse learning needs, fostering an inclusive environment where every child can thrive. We are open to discussions regarding long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent contracts, with a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110, for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities
* Implement tailored support strategies for pupils with a range of SEN requirements.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers to adapt learning materials and activities effectively.
* Monitor individual pupil progress and provide regular, insightful feedback to relevant staff.
* Facilitate an engaging and accessible learning environment for all children.
* Support pupils' social and emotional development, promoting positive interactions and self-esteem.
* Assist with the preparation and delivery of differentiated learning resources to meet diverse needs.

About You
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs in their primary journey.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptable for diverse audiences including pupils, staff, and parents.
* Show initiative and proactive problem-solving abilities in a dynamic classroom setting.
* Exhibit resilience and patience when facing complex learning barriers and behavioural challenges.
* Have prior experience working with primary-aged children, ideally within an SEN context.
* Hold relevant qualifications or professional development in special educational needs support.
