We are seeking an individual who can step in immediately to provide essential classroom cover on a long-term, short-term, daily supply, or even permanent basis, depending on your preference and the school's needs. You will be instrumental in ensuring educational continuity, with a competitive daily rate ranging from £145 to £160. Key Responsibilities
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
* Deliver pre-prepared lessons and resources to secondary school pupils across various subjects.
* Supervise students, maintaining discipline and promoting engagement in learning activities.
* Respond to student queries and provide appropriate assistance, fostering a supportive environment.
* Uphold school policies and procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of all pupils.
* Liaise with teaching staff regarding pupil progress and any issues encountered during lessons.
About You
* You possess prior experience working with secondary school-aged children, ideally in a classroom setting.
* You demonstrate excellent behaviour management skills and a calm, authoritative presence.
* You are highly adaptable and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced educational environment.
* You have strong communication and interpersonal abilities, engaging effectively with both pupils and staff.
