Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to primary pupils, fostering their academic and personal growth.
* Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging learning activities.
* Implement strategies to support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) effectively.
* Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages positive behaviour and participation.
* Monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and reporting observations to the teacher.
* Support small groups or individual pupils with specific learning tasks, adapting approaches as needed.
About You
* Possess a relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
* Demonstrate previous experience supporting primary-aged children in an educational setting.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for education and commitment to pupil development.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Show initiative, adaptability, and resilience in a dynamic school environment.
* Hold a strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and child protection best practices.
