Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging and challenging mathematics lessons across the secondary curriculum.
* Assess pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
* Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and intellectual curiosity.
* Contribute proactively to the development and implementation of departmental schemes of work and resources.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the overall educational provision.
* Undertake pastoral responsibilities, supporting the holistic development and welfare of pupils.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Mathematics or a related field.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for mathematics and the ability to inspire pupils of all abilities.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills, fostering a productive and respectful learning environment.
* Be a highly organised and adaptable professional, capable of managing a diverse teaching timetable.
