About the Role
Are you a dedicated Primary Teacher seeking flexible opportunities in the Essex area? We are partnering with a ambitious school and others across the Brentwood region to find exceptional supply teachers. This exciting role offers the chance to provide high-quality cover across various primary key stages, supporting pupils' learning journeys on a daily, short-term, long-term, or even permanent basis. You will become an integral part of different school communities, earning a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160, with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and stimulating lessons tailored to diverse primary year groups.
* Implement effective classroom management strategies to foster a positive learning atmosphere.
* Seamlessly adapt to different school cultures and curriculum requirements on a daily basis.
* Uphold the safeguarding policies and behavioural expectations of each individual school.
* Provide consistent and high-quality instruction, ensuring continuity in pupil progress.
* Collaborate effectively with support staff and colleagues to enhance educational outcomes.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Possess demonstrable experience teaching across various primary key stages.
* Exhibit exceptional adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach to new environments.
* Command strong behaviour management skills and a nurturing classroom presence.
* Demonstrate excellent communication abilities, building rapport with both pupils and staff.
* Be deeply committed to fostering a love for learning in all primary-aged children.
