About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Primary Supply Teacher to join our network of thriving schools across the Barking & Dagenham area. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality education across various primary key stages, covering a range of subjects and year groups as needed. You will have the flexibility to undertake daily supply, short-term, or long-term assignments, starting immediately, contributing significantly to pupil progress and school continuity. A competitive daily rate of £145 - £160 is offered for this impactful position.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-planned lessons with enthusiasm and clarity, ensuring pupil engagement.
* Adapt teaching methods effectively to suit diverse classroom dynamics and school cultures.
* Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment where all children feel valued.
* Implement school-specific policies and procedures to maintain a safe and orderly setting.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess recent experience within primary education.
* A proven ability to teach across different primary key stages with confidence is essential.
* Your flexibility and adaptability allow you to thrive in varying school environments.
* You demonstrate exemplary classroom management skills, ensuring a focused learning atmosphere.
* A genuine passion for inspiring young minds and nurturing their academic development drives your practice.
