This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated PMLD Support Assistant to join a supportive primary SEN school in South London. You will be instrumental in providing essential care and educational support within a specialist PMLD provision. This long-term, permanent role offers an immediate start, providing a consistent and rewarding environment to make a significant difference in pupils' lives, with a competitive daily rate of £95-£120.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive support to pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
* Deliver sensitive and respectful personal care to meet individual pupil needs.
* Facilitate engaging sensory stimulation activities to enhance learning and development.
* Execute individualised therapy programmes as directed by specialists.
* Assist pupils with communication strategies and mobility support throughout the school day.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure holistic pupil progress.
