Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate small group interventions to boost pupil attainment and confidence in specific areas.
• Champion positive behaviour strategies and promote an inclusive school culture for everyone.
• Monitor and record pupil progress, offering valuable insights and feedback to the teaching team.

About You
• Hold a relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or possess substantial equivalent experience.
• Demonstrate a genuine commitment to primary education and holistic pupil development.
• Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with various stakeholders.
• Be proactive, resilient, and able to adapt quickly to changing classroom dynamics and priorities.
• Show a strong understanding of safeguarding principles and practices within an educational setting.
• Exhibit enthusiasm for teamwork and a commitment to continuous professional growth.
