Are you an adaptable Secondary Supply Teacher seeking to provide crucial cover across a range of innovative secondary schools within the Dunstable area? This challenging yet rewarding opportunity offers immediate starts and flexible working arrangements, including daily, short-term, long-term, and potentially permanent contracts. You will be instrumental in maintaining educational continuity, ensuring students remain engaged and supported throughout their learning journey, with a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160.
Key Responsibilities
* Effectively deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across a diverse range of subjects and key stages.
* Maintain a stimulating and orderly classroom environment, promoting positive student engagement.
* Implement school policies and procedures consistently, upholding high standards of conduct.
* Provide constructive feedback and support to students, fostering their academic progress.
* Adapt quickly to new school environments and varying student demographics with professionalism.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and productive learning atmosphere.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or significant experience as a Cover Supervisor in secondary settings.
* Demonstrate exceptional adaptability and resilience when working in unfamiliar classrooms.
* Exhibit strong classroom management skills, capable of fostering a respectful learning environment.
* Hold a genuine passion for inspiring young minds and facilitating student achievement.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
