About the Role
Join an inclusive school in Harlow, Essex, as a dedicated PPA Teacher, contributing to an enriching learning environment across the primary phase. This varied role involves providing essential PPA cover for colleagues across Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, allowing you to influence a wide range of pupil development. We are seeking an adaptable professional for immediate start, with contract options spanning long-term engagements, short-term assignments, daily supply, or even a permanent position, offering a competitive daily rate of £150 - £180.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons to pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* Provide consistent and effective PPA cover, ensuring continuity of learning.
* Maintain a positive and productive classroom atmosphere for all pupils.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching staff and support teams.
* Adapt teaching strategies and resources to suit diverse year group needs.
* Foster a love of learning and encourage pupil participation in all activities.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant to the UK.
* Demonstrate proven experience teaching across the primary age range, including EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* Exhibit exceptional adaptability and flexibility in diverse classroom settings.
* Command strong behaviour management skills to support all pupils effectively.
* Hold a genuine passion for primary education and inspiring young minds.
* Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
