Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, inspiring Chemistry lessons across key stages, ensuring all students achieve their full potential.
* Plan and prepare engaging Science lessons that align with the national curriculum and departmental schemes of work.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
* Contribute to the development of the Science curriculum, ensuring it remains dynamic and relevant.
* Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and a passion for learning.
* Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the wider life of the school community.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Possess a degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field.
* Demonstrate a proven ability to teach Chemistry effectively to secondary school students.
* Be committed to continuous professional development and innovative teaching practices.
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with students and colleagues.
