About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher to begin their professional journey within a range of dynamic primary settings across the Wokingham area. We are partnering with several forward-thinking schools actively seeking dedicated ECTs for roles in EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum, catering to diverse learning needs.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where all pupils can thrive.
* Assess pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to enhance the educational experience.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil achievement and behaviour in line with school policies.
* Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and pupil welfare at all times.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and be ready to embark on your ECT induction.
* Possess a genuine passion for primary education and inspiring young learners.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills, fostering a respectful and productive atmosphere.
* Exhibit a proactive approach to continuous professional development and learning.
* Communicate effectively with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
* Show enthusiasm and adaptability when working in different school environments.
