Key Responsibilities
* Deliver dynamic and inclusive lessons tailored to Key Stage 2 pupils, stimulating curiosity and critical thinking.
* Cultivate a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment where every child feels valued.
* Assess pupil learning and provide constructive feedback to support their continuous development.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share best practice and contribute to whole-school initiatives.
* Engage positively with parents and carers, building strong partnerships to support pupil achievement.
* Manage classroom resources efficiently to maximise learning opportunities for all children.

* You are a qualified teacher with UK QTS, ready to inspire Key Stage 2 learners.
* Possess a genuine passion for primary education and a deep understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills, fostering an environment conducive to learning for all abilities.
* Committed to the holistic development and well-being of every child in your care.
* Exhibit a collaborative mindset, eager to contribute positively to a dedicated team.
* Whether you are an Early Career Teacher (ECT), at Main Pay Scale (MPS), or Upper Pay Scale (UPS), your enthusiasm for teaching is paramount.
