About the Role
A respected school in the East of England is seeking a highly motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team. This vital role involves supporting secondary-aged pupils within a specialist SEN provision who have complex needs. We are looking for individuals who can commit to a long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent contract, with an immediate start available. The position offers a competitive daily rate of between £90 and £115.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to secondary-aged pupils with a range of complex special educational needs.
* Assist teachers in the delivery of an adapted and engaging curriculum.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
* Encourage and develop pupils' independence and life skills.
* Support pupils with their personal care needs where required.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching staff and other professionals to meet individual pupil goals.

About You
* Possess demonstrable experience supporting secondary-aged pupils with complex special educational needs.
* Show a genuine passion for working with young people and making a positive impact.
* Exhibit exceptional patience, empathy, and resilience in a dynamic educational setting.
* Be proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player.
* Hold relevant qualifications or experience pertinent to supporting SEN pupils.
* Demonstrate a commitment to promoting pupil well-being and progress.
