About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a innovative school, committed to nurturing young minds from the very beginning of their educational journey. This pivotal role involves providing essential support within the Early Years Foundation Stage, contributing significantly to a vibrant and stimulating learning environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the diverse learning needs of children within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
* Assist in the preparation and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities and resources.
* Contribute to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
* Provide targeted individual or small group support, including for those with additional needs.
* Foster positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents to enhance the school community.
* Help monitor and record children's progress, feeding back observations to the class teacher.

About You
* You possess relevant experience supporting children in an Early Years or primary setting.
* A genuine passion for early childhood development and education drives your practice.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for collaboration.
* The ability to work proactively and effectively as a valued member of a team is key.
* You are patient, adaptable, and bring a creative approach to supporting learning.
* A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework is highly desirable.
