Key Responsibilities

* Maintain a positive, nurturing, and secure classroom environment conducive to learning.
* Provide consistent pastoral care and support, fostering pupil well-being and progress.

About You
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is an essential requirement for this position.
* You possess proven experience working with primary-aged children with Special Educational Needs.
* Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new school environments and pupil groups is crucial.
* A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to teaching is highly valued.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are paramount in this role.
* You must be available for daily and short-term supply assignments in the region.
