About the Role
A progressive school in the South East is seeking a dedicated and resilient SEMH Teacher to join its specialist secondary provision on a long-term, daily supply, or permanent basis, starting as soon as possible. This pivotal role involves re-engaging disaffected learners, expertly managing complex behaviours, and creatively delivering a modified curriculum tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver an engaging and differentiated curriculum designed for SEMH learners.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies to foster a positive learning environment.
* Inspire and re-engage young people who have faced educational barriers.
* Develop tailored educational plans to meet the diverse needs of pupils.
* Collaborate effectively with support staff, parents, and external agencies.
* Assess pupil progress diligently and provide constructive feedback.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a passion for supporting SEMH learners.
* Possess demonstrable experience in a specialist SEMH or SEND secondary setting.
* Exhibit exceptional behaviour management skills and a resilient approach.
* Demonstrate creativity and flexibility in adapting teaching methods to diverse needs.
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with pupils and colleagues.
* Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
