Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to primary pupils with diverse complex learning needs.
* Implement individual learning plans, assisting children with their EHCP targets.
* Engage pupils through one-to-one interventions and small group activities.
* Support the development of communication and social skills for children with ASD and ADHD.
* Contribute to a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers and specialist staff to monitor pupil progress.
About You
* Demonstrable experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs, particularly ASD, ADHD, or speech and language difficulties.
* A strong understanding of primary education and the EHCP process.
* Possess a patient, nurturing, and resilient approach to support pupils' unique challenges.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of building positive relationships with children and colleagues.
