Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver innovative and differentiated lessons that captivate and challenge pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* Accurately assess and monitor pupil progress, utilising data to inform future planning and intervention strategies.
* Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where every child feels valued and inspired to learn.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure holistic pupil development.
* Implement robust behaviour management techniques, promoting a culture of respect and high expectations.
* Contribute positively to the wider school community through active participation in extracurricular activities or initiatives.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and be registered as an Early Career Teacher (ECT), ready to embrace new challenges.
