About the Role
At an innovative school in Epping, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Intervention Teacher to join a thriving primary setting. This vital role involves providing targeted academic support across Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, ensuring every child has the opportunity to achieve their full potential. You will be instrumental in fostering a positive learning environment and making a significant impact on pupil attainment through focused interventions. Various contract types, from short-term to permanent, are available, offering excellent flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver highly effective intervention programmes tailored to individual pupil needs.
* Provide targeted support to small groups and individual children across the primary age range.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress regularly, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers to ensure interventions align with curriculum objectives.
* Foster a nurturing and encouraging environment that builds pupil confidence and independence.
* Report on pupil achievements and areas for development to relevant staff members.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant UK teaching experience.
* Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering impactful primary interventions.
* Have a comprehensive understanding of the EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 curricula.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young learners.
* Be adept at assessing learning needs and implementing differentiated teaching strategies.
* Show a genuine passion for supporting every child's academic and personal growth.
