Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to individual pupils and small groups, including those with Special Educational Needs.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging learning activities across the primary curriculum.
* Help manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a positive and productive atmosphere for all learners.
* Prepare and organise learning resources, maintaining an orderly and stimulating classroom environment.
* Support pupils with their personal and social development, encouraging independence and confidence.
* Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of pupil progress, providing valuable feedback to teachers.

* You possess a genuine passion for supporting the educational journey of primary school children.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with pupils and staff alike.
* You are proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic classroom environment.
* Experience working with primary-aged pupils, particularly those with additional learning needs, is highly desirable.
