We are offering flexible contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent opportunities, with a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160, starting immediately.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise lessons, ensuring students remain focused and engaged with their work.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour, upholding the school's high standards of conduct.
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and instructions clearly and concisely to students.
* Foster a respectful and inclusive atmosphere where all pupils feel valued.
* Provide clear and constructive feedback to teaching staff regarding student progress and any issues encountered.
* Act as a positive role model, inspiring students to achieve their best.
About You
* Demonstrable experience working with young people, ideally within a secondary school setting.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with students and staff.
* Exhibit strong behaviour management techniques, capable of maintaining order and focus in the classroom.
* Be highly adaptable and proactive, able to respond calmly and efficiently to various situations.
* Hold a genuine passion for supporting student development and contributing to their educational journey.
