About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity to truly shape the earliest educational experiences within a supportive school environment, working as an EYFS Teaching Assistant. This role offers flexible contract options, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent opportunities, commencing as soon as possible, with a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the delivery of engaging and age-appropriate learning activities across the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Assist with the preparation and organisation of the classroom environment, ensuring it is stimulating and safe.
• Foster positive relationships with children, promoting their social and emotional development.
• Collaborate effectively with the class teacher and other support staff to enhance learning outcomes.
• Contribute to observations and assessments, helping to track children’s progress and identify next steps.
• Encourage independence and curiosity, guiding children through their daily routines and explorations.

About You
• You possess demonstrable experience working with young children in an EYFS setting.
• You have a genuine passion for early childhood education and development.
• You are an excellent communicator, capable of engaging positively with children, staff, and parents.
• You exhibit a proactive approach, showing initiative and adaptability in your work.
• You hold a strong understanding of safeguarding practices and child protection procedures.
• You are a collaborative team player, keen to contribute to a cohesive school community.
