This pivotal role involves crafting bespoke learning experiences, empowering pupils to overcome academic hurdles and cultivate a strong sense of achievement within our welcoming environment. We are pleased to offer flexible contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent positions, with a competitive daily rate ranging from £150 to £180, available for an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement effective intervention strategies for individuals and small groups.
• Tailor learning resources and activities to meet diverse pupil needs across all primary key stages.
• Monitor and evaluate pupil progress meticulously, adjusting teaching methods as required.
• Foster strong working relationships with class teachers and parents to support holistic development.
• Encourage a positive mindset towards learning and academic growth in every child.
• Maintain comprehensive records documenting interventions and their impact on pupil attainment.
About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) alongside proven experience within a primary setting.
• Demonstrate a profound commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments for all pupils.
• Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, connecting effectively with children and colleagues.
• Show a high level of organisation, adaptability, and resilience in a dynamic educational context.
• Be dedicated to your ongoing professional learning and development as an educator.
