This pivotal role offers immediate starts and a range of contract options, from daily supply and short-term engagements to long-term positions and even permanent opportunities, all offering a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110. You will play a crucial part in fostering an inclusive learning atmosphere, directly impacting student progress and well-being across the East Midlands.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of special educational needs in a primary setting.
• Assist class teachers in adapting learning materials and activities to meet diverse student requirements.
• Work closely with the SENCO and other professionals to implement Individual Education Plans effectively.
• Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment where all children feel valued and encouraged.
• Monitor and accurately record pupil progress, contributing to regular assessment reports.
• Encourage independent learning and social development among pupils, building their confidence.

About You
• Possess prior experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs, preferably within a primary school setting.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for inclusive education and a commitment to children's holistic development.
• Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with staff, pupils, and parents.
• Show a proactive and adaptable approach, responding effectively to individual pupil needs and classroom dynamics.
• Hold relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant) or possess significant demonstrable experience.
• Display resilience, patience, and a deep sense of empathy towards young learners facing additional challenges.
