Key Responsibilities
* Supervise classes effectively in the absence of the regular teacher.
* Manage pupil behaviour according to school policies, promoting a respectful learning environment.
* Ensure pupils remain focused on pre-set tasks and complete their work.
* Provide support and guidance to pupils, answering questions where appropriate.
* Maintain a safe and orderly classroom, adhering to school health and safety procedures.
* Communicate any significant issues or concerns to relevant teaching staff promptly.

* You possess previous experience working with young people in an educational or similar setting.
