Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, engaging Chemistry lessons across the secondary curriculum.

* Plan and prepare effective schemes of work, lesson plans, and teaching materials.
* Assess student progress regularly and provide timely, constructive feedback to facilitate learning.
* Contribute actively to the ongoing development and enhancement of the science department's curriculum.
* Participate in extracurricular science activities, clubs, and wider school events.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Chemistry and Science.
* Proven ability to engage and motivate secondary school students effectively.
* Committed to continuous professional development and reflective teaching practice.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with students, staff, and parents.
* Suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as experienced professionals at MPS or UPS levels.
