About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to individual pupils and small groups, enhancing their learning experience.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging lesson activities.
* Implement strategies to support pupils with Special Educational Needs, ensuring their full participation.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, promoting good behaviour and social skills.

About You
* You hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrable experience supporting children within a primary school setting is essential.

* You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with pupils and staff.
