About the Role
This is an outstanding opportunity for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a exceptional school within a vibrant community. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to provide vital support across primary classrooms, including focused SEN assistance. This flexible role offers a variety of contract types, from daily supply and short-term placements to long-term and permanent positions, with an immediate start available. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, contributing significantly to pupil progress and well-being. A competitive daily rate of £95 - £110 is offered for this impactful position.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs.
* Assist with the preparation of learning resources and classroom displays.
* Foster a stimulating and inclusive learning atmosphere for all children.
* Help monitor pupil progress and contribute to assessment records.
* Encourage positive behaviour and social development among pupils.

About You
* You possess previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within a primary setting.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
* You have an understanding of various learning needs, including Special Educational Needs.
* You are an excellent communicator, able to build rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
* You exhibit a proactive and adaptable approach to classroom support.
* You hold high expectations for all pupils and are committed to nurturing their potential.
