Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to individual pupils or small groups with identified special educational needs.
* Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and differentiated learning strategies.
* Foster a nurturing and stimulating classroom atmosphere where all children feel valued and encouraged.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to monitor pupil progress.
* Support pupils in developing essential social, emotional, and communication skills throughout the school day.
* Contribute to creating engaging learning resources adapted to diverse learning styles and abilities.

* You possess demonstrable experience supporting children with special educational needs, ideally within a primary school context.
* An understanding of various learning difficulties and effective support strategies is essential for this role.
* You exhibit excellent communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
