Key Responsibilities

About You
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Proven experience working with pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs at secondary level.
* Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and adaptive teaching methodologies.
* Excellent classroom management skills and a patient, empathetic approach.
* Ability to quickly build rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Demonstrates flexibility and resilience in various educational settings.
