Key Responsibilities

• Assess pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and targeted support.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance the overall educational provision.
• Maintain clear communication with parents regarding pupil development and wellbeing.
• Implement effective behaviour management strategies that promote respect and engagement.
About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a genuine passion for primary education.
• Demonstrate recent experience teaching within Key Stage 2, or show strong potential as an Early Career Teacher.
• Possess excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to pupil welfare.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering positive relationships.
• Be highly organised, proactive, and dedicated to continuous professional development.
